Gratuities
By popular client request ... some helpful guidelines.
If you are pleased with the service you received ...
" Miss Manners recommends adding 20% to the total bill ".
A gratuity is representative of how pleased a customer is with a service.
If several technicians provided services for you, each should be considered.
So we may continue to attract highly skilled support staff, we ask that you not overlook our assistants, color technicians and shampoo staff, as they also work very hard to please you.
If you intend a gratuity to be split amongst those that serviced you, please specify so. Gratuities are not automatically split.
For your convenience, individual gratuity envelopes are provided so you may leave your gratuity and a special note of thanks for each technician that serviced you.
Gift Certificates do not include gratuities. Gratuities should be based on the full price of the service or services provided. Prices are available in our brochure or our Salon Coordinator will help you with the value of the services.
Gratuities should be based on the full price (value) of a service. Please consider this when receiving services or packages that are specially priced. For example, ... our Ladies Day of Pampering is a $345 value, specially priced at only $295, a $50 savings! The gratuities should be based on the $345 value of the services received.
If you have had 4 or more services, you may prefer to add a percentage to your total bill, and have us divide the gratuities appropriately for you. Just let us know if you would like to do this.
